ICON LUBE BLENDING PLANT

ICON’s Lube Manufacturing Plant is monitored from Centralized Computer Control Systems coupled with strong Management Information System. The unique features of this plant are Multi Filtration System which will ensure “Super Clean Oils”. The plant has fully automated filling and packing system to ensure accuracy and perfection of product quality.

THE R & D FACILITIES

The Company has its own R & D, Quality Control and Product Development Center. It is well equipped with most modern testing facilities, inline with Indian and International technologies.

At the ICON R & D Center, Sophisticated Instrument and Apparatus’ are used with Qualified Chemists behind to handle, special tests are conducted to develop and improve product formulations analyse and certify production against specification and test raw materials and additives before use.

PROTECTION . These products are subjected to rigid Laboratory Tests to guarantee its satisfactory performance during service period and to meet / exceed the performance levels of American Petroleum Institute. Bureau of Indian Standards, European, Japanese and US Military Specification and also tailor made to customers’ needs and satisfactions.
